Motive8 Youth Conference

• This spring Cedar Lodge will be host to the first annual Motiv8 Retreat created by Kerry Girling, National and International Youth Motivational Speaker.  The youth conference will have approximately 300 students in attendance. The Motiv8 Retreat will feature Kerry’s unique perspective to youth motivation and positive lifestyle choices. Being close in age to the students, at 22, Kerry can easily relate to the issues facing today’s youth.
• The event will include a keynote speaker, guest speakers, as well as a live concert, dance, and many inspiring and entertaining activities.

2007 Calendar of Events:

• 2007 is again showing a full calendar of events January through to June. There are a few spaces left so don’t delay any longer in making that call. Most bookings for the spring come through in late fall the previous year and the following fall is booked generally after May events have been completed.

We have many bookings years in advance some into the year 2011.

To avoid disappointment for that very special family reunion or wedding, it is time to look at setting those dates now. A 30% deposit will be required to hold your date.

(W.I.S.S.A. 2001)

• Since opening its doors in 1997, Cedar Lodge has been host to more than two thousand events including conventions, seminars, weddings, banquets, baptisms, family reunions and retreats as well as a wide variety of other exciting happenings. These took place without any advertising or soliciting. Word of mouth of the excellence of service and cuisine has brought us bookings years in advance.
• Hosting both national and international events Cedar Lodge has catered to people from more than 20 countries. One event alone, the 2001 World Ice and Snow Sailing Championships (WISSA) brought participants from 10 countries.
